![]() Like you know how in like Frozen, for example, Elsa and Anna were literally having a conversation about ARENDELLE'S IN DEEP DEEP DEEP DEEP SNOW. I really liked that.īut then it kind of turned into a musical. I was ok with it at first, when there were a few Christmas carols, and Marinette singing along, that was nice. Just don't hate on me.įirstly, they decided SINGING would be a good idea. If you have a different opinion you can passively leave a comment, or publish your OWN review. I COULD BE THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD WHO THINKS THIS WAY, BUT THIS IS MY OPINION. Yeah this is an honest review of MY OPINION. I thought it was great! The idea was great, the animation was great (as always), but there were a couple of things that put me off. Seriously trust me I will make it extremely crystal clear when we are moving into a spoiler zone. If you refuse to watch it in French with subtitles or it says this video is not available anymore (which means it was taken down for copyright c:), you can read this WITHOUT ANY STORYLINE SPOILERS, ok? SO! Now for the SPOILER FREE review of it. I've looked on the Miraculous Ladybug Wikia and it says that it will premiere on Netflix and on the official Miraculous Ladybug Youtube channel (for some reason these episodes aren't available in some countries, there was a previous upload of Princess Fragrance I think it was? that said it wasn't available in your country *New Zealand bro*, but that was deleted so there must have been some error) in 5 days, 4 hours, 34 minutes and 42 seconds as of WHEN I'M UPDATING THIS RIGHT NOW, but if you want it when you read this you can see here on the right side of the page :) I'm sorry it's in French, trust me I've looked everywhere and cannot find it in English, so I'm assuming it hasn't aired yet. Here it is (and also this user may or may not have the right to upload it, but if you want to be a goody two shoes then you can wait for it to air on TV first): Yes, it is in French, but click the CC next to settings in the video and that will turn on English subtitles which are all accurate but one word. So I watched the Christmas episode of Miraculous Ladybug Season 2 like just now, and I wanna talk about it :)įirstly, if you haven't seen it, I have a Youtube video here. WARNING: This is not serious, if you are wanting a proper, serious review I suggest you search elsewhere, because this is probably the opposite of serious. The first part is spoiler-free, but I make it very, very clear when moving into a spoiler zone. I posted a review on that, but I'm going to copy and paste it here. ![]() So I posted this Miraculous Ladybug Season 2 SPOILERS on my Quotev account here, you can check it out if you want to. ![]() The bizarre inclusion of this sample along with the high pitched squeals he incorporates as he finishes his lines highlight the cartoonish element of the album’s overall soundscape. “Baby Pluto” successfully sets off the highly kinetic and exhilarating ride that follows throughout the album’s runtime.Ī standout track of the album is the previously mentioned song “You Better Move,” which features an instrumental centered around an out of this world sample from Microsoft Windows video game, “Space Cadet 3D Pinball.” His delivery in the song ventures off his signature melodic style in favor of a more rapid-fire flow that inspired his rap name. Immediately afterwards, Uzi comes forth rapping with a frantic energy, boasting his lavish riches and rockstar lifestyle. ![]() This line rings true as the album opens up with the song “Baby Pluto,” which features a robotic female voice welcoming listeners into the experience, as if they are entering a spaceship preparing for takeoff. In the song “You Better Move,” Lil Uzi Vert raps a line that perfectly encapsulates the album, “I live my life like a cartoon / Reality is not my move.” Loosely structured around an intergalactic concept, it’s clear to see the Philly rapper blasted off to outer space with this 16-track project filled with futuristic and infectious production that brings out immense energy and bounce. By Johann Derek Oribello, Senior Staff WriterĪfter a two year hiatus brought by label woes and countless delays, Lil Uzi Vert exceeds all expectations with the release of his highly anticipated sophomore studio album, “Eternal Atake,” on March 6. ![]() ![]() I started listening in January, intending for this to be part of my daily practice throughout the year, but i ended up finishing it in early August because it often was too compelling to put it down. ![]() The Bible version being read is the TNIV and the entire Bible is filled with dramatic and appropriate background sounds. The rest of the Bible uses equally capable men and women throught. It's narrated by African Americans of note: clergy, actors, singers, etc. Of all those i've listened to, this one stands head and shoulders above the others. I have listened to many (i think 5 total) audio recordings of the Bible. Makes it more real, and easier to relate to (aside from the slaughtering of goats).more This really is a cool production though - there are sound effects (like rain during the floods) and its definitely acted, rather than just told. I intend to do the 2nd half of the OT again next year, then the NT. That's the stuff that's easier to skim when you're reading, rather than listening. And I've counted the Israelites repeatedly. And how to properly sacrifice an animal for a food, sin or burnt offering. They describe in *great* detail how the ark of the covenant was made TWICE. I don't mean anything by that - remember this is the early books I'm talking about. Only made it through Job.had to take plenty of breaks cause some of it just isn't that enthralling at 6am. In my eyes, being cross-compatible and available for free on any OS (Linux, Mac, Windows), it's rightfully usurped Atom, Sublime, Eclipse, etc. ![]() I haven't had a single issue with VS Code since I officially adopted it into my workflow - and, at this point, they're taking it to the next level with extensions such as "Live Share". There were OS compatibility issues out the wazoo, as well. The hardest part of using Atom was that too many packages weren't managed or simply didn't work properly. ![]() It's very hard for me to switch editors, however, I felt the need to give Visual Studio Code a second try (after disliking a much earlier version of it.)Īt this point, there is no turning back (out of choice.) Visual Studio Code is, by far, the best IDE I've ever worked with. Quite honestly, combining all the percentages of any IDE/Editor besides VS Code still paled in comparison to the support it was receiving in those poles.
